We’re met by a lovely lady called [name removed] on arrival who made sure I was checked in quickly even though it had to be done by pen and paper. The other lady called [name removed] was also very friendly. I was quickly seen by [name removed] who gave me the treatment needed and what I could do to help it at home and the signs to watch out for and who to call back if the pain for worse or any of the other symptoms appeared.
